Sent a photo of their invoice; only 2 were sent. Got no response. Opened a case. A few days later, Got a message. Then a 2nd package arrived. I tested all 12 chips. Everything works! Chip seems real. Not a counterfeit or white washed. Case closed. Bottom Line: Radwell is reputable. Honest. Had a great price. I'm very happy.
