Theft investigation was created with Postal service and investigation determined I was not at fault and that the package never made it to my mailbox!!! Seller insisted that because the delivery service indicated that it was delivered that it was actually delivered and IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!! I tool the time to wrote to USPS, EBAY & the seller to implement an investigation. SELLER WAS RUDE.

The item arrived only a day later than I anticipated but it was part of a Mother's Day gift, so I had to scramble and order a quickie from Amazon. This seller is OK and they will communicate when you have a question. It would have been better if I could have tracked the shipment.

Funny thing... packaged carefully and in a sized portion package, but came with postage due of 46 cents... post office said, off size package... go figgure... not complaining, postage rates and rules keep changing... I'm sure sellers are having issues similar all over...the fast delivery made up for the 46 cents.
