    Pasta ricci is back on the menu . . .

    The Daiwa Kosho Unikun does the job, as advertised; is well made; and held together with screws, washers, and nuts, which can easily be replaced -- unlike others, with "permanent" pins, which will eventually corrode, upon constant exposure to seawater. I've destroyed a number of similar tools over the years; but this one looks to be around for a while; and is repairable . . .
