    • Worthwhile purchase

Very good book. Often you find books written by the same author tend to lean towards repetition of previous works, so you end up buying ( and reading) the same content . This book builds on the previous Workout 1 book. Also can be a "stand alone" book giving good information on anatomy, physiology, advice on how to perform exercises safely and efficiently.
