        I'm ambivalent about this particular patch; it just looks too new for an insignia that's supposedly at least sixty years old. It's no secret that there is a thriving cottage industry in Vietnam that churns out thousands of 'Vietnam made' patches each year, that are sold at premium prices, as original period pieces. This may well be one of them. As I recall the smart patch collectors started moving away from these as early as the late 1970's because of this situation. Cavet Emptor. OK shipping
