Product was missing some nuts to assemble fully. Not major, a Hastie mainly. However, the product I feel is unfit for purpose, or extremely temperamental possibly. I lost almost all eggs I’ve tried in this product. The humidity is almost impossible to maintain at appropriate levels also.

Very fast dispatch and good customer service email updates; but item description had some inaccuracies and packaging was pretty lousy - just a shipping label stuck directly to the product's box, no external postal packaging at all. Still happy with the customer service nonetheless, but please endeavour to improve postal packaging.
