We ended up cutting up and using the metal for parts around the house. The seat was not too bad, but unstable unless one sat on it, because it used a cross system bar. once you sat on it , it was OK.

Emailed seller however they did not respond until the item arrived a few days later so I had no idea if item was delayed/lost or not shipped.
