Although it is faintly visible on the upper cover plate that it is used, I am very satisfied with the price / condition ratio! The device fulfills the parameters described by the manufacturer. I can recommend it for other HAM members too !

A little misleading in that the listing says "Tested Working", yet seller needed 10 days to test again? Makes no sense. If seller listed item as being tested working, why does it have to be tested again? Redundancy no good if tested already. Radio actually shipped fast and only took 3 days from Japan to Ohio USA!!! All said and done I wish more Japanese sellers were this fast. Others take 2-3 months! AAA+ Recommended Seller!

Labels tracking number they gave to ebay was different from the scan bar fed ex scanned. Then seller offered me 300$ of 450$. I contacted ebay and ebay refunded my money. I would not trust this seller.
