The seller contacted me when there was a problem with the print. It involved the large diorama base so he offered to replace the base with a more basic one and give me a sizable refund for the trouble. I was more than happy with the solution and I'll definitely be buying from the seller again.

The item took longer to be delivered, due to the seller being overwhelmed by orders, came in a month later than scheduled. The item was shipped in a standard shipping box. The parts were wrapped in thin b paper and some bubble wrap. I had one part break due to the poor packing. The rest of the parts were in good shape. Can't wait to start the cleaning process. Overall large resin figure.
