Seller offered flat rate shipping in the description. I made an offer on two items which were accepted. The seller then refused to issue an invoice with the promised shipping. My messages were not acknowledged and over two dozen requests were ignored. Ebay stopped late payment notices while I waited. The seller changed checkout so I could no longer request an invoice. Ebay said I'd have to pay but to be sure to leave feedback about my experience. I paid double shipping and this is my experience.

From eBay: Item was purchased on Jan 15th. The return was completed and closed on Feb 14. We let the buyer know you issued a refund. Total refund to buyer $17.95 That exact statement was from eBay!It's a month later and you try this crap? You made false claims about a coin that I did not dispute and acted professionally in giving a full refund not only for the coin but shipping too (even though it states no returns or refunds). You never sent two dozen messages lying POS. Weak individual!
