Hello thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The pillow is true to the measurements given in the listing, so i'm a little confused with you expecting it to be bigger. It does state in the listing to bear in mind that seatbelt pillows do move with the motion of the body and to bear this in mind before purchase. You may have the hook and loop not fastened as tight as you should, please try this and you'll find the pillow will stay put better.
