Seller falsely advertised that item would be shipped FedEx 2 day, item was shipped USPS 4 days after purchase. This was a much cheaper option for seller but not what was advertised. I picked this seller because of the FedEx 2 day shipping. I reached out to this seller on December 18th and December 19th but received no response.

Purchased item December 31st and received today, January 12. Just fyi something to keep in mind. Giving seller 5 stars only because seller did an excellent job in packaging my Stanley. No flaws. Seller does need to improve in communicating status and shipping items within time frame specified. Overall, happy only because cup arrived perfectly. Thank you!

Item received is packaged well; seller receives an A for that. However, false advertising in regards to shipping. Says that he will be using Fedex 2 day shipping, but he used USPS instead. Ordered on Dec 23rd and didn't receive it until the 30th. Yes, I can understand Christmas and the holidays, but you cannot lie about that fact that you used the wrong shipping since it's cheaper. I ordered from you purposefully because you stated that you will be using Fedex.
