The phone was poorly packaged. In a decent box but not good support inside of it. The camera was defective with little shards inside the camera lens. The back of the phone had scratches and was replaced. You could still see the glue. The front screen was perfect. The seller does communicate and took care of the issue. Would still buy from them

I decided to buy a replacement used GalaxyNote20Ultra because the one I originally bought new($980 Amazon) had cracks and scratches on the front and back of the phone from my reckless usage. Figured I might as well buy a used one instead getting my original fixed. This phone came in near-mint condition, the only sign of wear being a small splotch where the paint came off the phone's metal frame. I use MINTmobile, so T-Mobile negligible. I am very grateful for such a deal($375)! Would recommend!
