This heating pad is my new BFF - nice and warm even on a low setting and brilliant for putting across my cold feet and legs! It was as described and was shipped promptly - although tracking wasn't working so it turned up unannounced and was left outside on a wet day!!! :( (however that is the courier's bad service not the seller).I'm sad the price has gone down quite a bit since I bought mine, but it was still so worth getting it :)
