To be honest, I expected the pack to contain two heat mats, based on the picture showing not one, but two items. I understand now that I could select a pack of two items thus changing the price per item and also purchase multiple packs for further discounts. Communication was pleasant. Unfortunately the seat arrived damaged. Sender offered 10% discount offering the item was damaged during shipping/transit. Unable to know, I advised to save for future customer disappointment to change their packaging and accepted the $6.93 partial refund.
