When I received the battery organiser I couldn’t open it with the zipper as the zipper fabric had a cut in it on the corner of the box. I let the seller know about it and asked for a replacement. They requested a photo and after more communications they offered me 10% of the price. ($2.60) I asked them again for a replacement but didn’t here back so I got onto PayPal for help. I won’t deal with this dealer again or recommend them to anyone. The from address on the parcel doesn’t exist.
