Verified purchase

The 2 new packs ordered arrived slit open and resealed with tape, presumably during customs? This was after the package was a month late. Seller issued partial refund after going back and forth. Seller implied it was my fault for not checking/rejecting the package and kept insisting on "taking their advice" when receiving mail. Not appreciated, and is why I'm leaving this review.
