Nice product - very clean with original accessories. Battery holds a charge and lasts just 13 hours with ANC on. The new product spec is 16+ hours, however, so not certain how "new" these are. ANC works as expected and is comparable to my other sets of Bose QC 20s. Item was well packed and shipped quickly. Seller communication was great. Very smooth transaction.
