However, the seller, despite timely correspondence offered minimal discounts only, ..only accepting a return & refund after escalating to eBay. Tracking indicates the returned item was never delivered/accepted. I'm sure the item would've been good if the element wasn't damaged. However, I find the sellers accountability somewhat lacking in after-sales service.
