Dress is displayed on a standard size, yet seller communicated sizes are large for their make, plus size photos would help to see how it would sit on a plus size body. Seller can be abrupt, cold and unnecessarily unkind with communication, Aus Post sent my parcel to WA, was only when I contacted the seller it was confirmed. Item arrived, but sits funny, not worth contacting seller as she isn't approachable, and doesn't accept returns. I won't by from seller again

The customer was disgruntled because Australia Post mistakenly sent her parcel to Western Australia which was beyond my control, she then continually messaged and abused me. I dealt with the problem as instructed to by Ebay. She also discussed her medical and mental health details which has nothing to do with buying a dress with me looking for sympathy. I acted in a professional manner.
