The packaging was sloppy so shoe leather was bent. Worse, one of the shoes is missing a buckle. Another cheap buckle of a different color was stuck on the strap but not really attached to the shoe. Looking carefully the picture shows the different buckle but not that it is not attached. It is not mentioned in his description which was a copy paste of an online description of the shoe model. Shipping invoice said worth $20 and that's about right.
