About this product

Product Information

This traditionally styled 3D platform game stars Yakko, Wakko, and Dot -- the famously zany "Warner Brothers (and Sister)." As the time for the film industry's annual awards draws near, all of the coveted "Edgar" statuettes go missing, and it's up to the atavistic animated trio to recover them before the ceremonies begin. There's reason to believe that famed director C.C. Deville might have had a hand in the dastardly disappearances, so a final showdown with this boss character seems likely.

Before any of that can happen, however, players must take control of Yakko, and go to work on freeing his brother Wakko and sister Dot. Once all three are together, they'll need to use their unique abilities to overcome the various challenges in each of the game's six worlds -- only by working together will they succeed. The siblings can find "Edgars" stashed around each area, and can win additional statues by meeting certain goals, such as collecting themed items and unmasking the hidden "Chicken Boo."

  • Animaniacs are our happy thought

It is the cult following of the animaniacs. There is good ease of play. The little Pinky and the Brain games are particular enjoyable. The game itself is not gruesome (no blood, guts, vileness) and is user friendly. Learning to swim in the game can be a tad tricky, timing wise. The ability the change characters out is a plus. For a die hard fan, one would hope for mre of the full class compliment, but overall, it is a fun and entertaining game.

  • Animaniacs: The Great Edgar Hunt (Game Cube)

This game has very fun graphics (very similar to "Loony Tunes: Back In Action"). It is very adventurous, exciting, unpredictable, and truly entertaining. The storyline is very well developed. The story and characters are based on the cartoon series. The characters talk quite often throughout the game and their voices sound just like they did in the real show.

  • I am reviewing this because.

One of the most underrated cartoons, this is a must have for all fans. Game play takes some getting use to, but overall a great game. Good idea buy this game, Bad idea buy this game.
