    I very rarely give negative feedback but no choice with this transaction. A used tail light needs to be packaged well to give it a fighting chance of arriving unbroken. Despite $46 postage and handling, this was poorly packaged so it arrived broken and covered in fingerprints (on the inside). Required PayPal dispute to resolve. I did offer to wear some of the postage and handing cost but this was refused. Still out of pocket $20. Same part from a Vic wrecker no issues as packaged very well...

    The globes in the taillight were not usable and needed replacing with new bulbs. I made contact before leaving a review with no reply. The postage was very overpriced and the packaging was so poorly done for such a fragile item, I was surprised that it didn’t arrive smashed. No bubble wrap or fill around the item inside the box at all.

    Seller advertises the item as brand-new when It was secondhand. They sent me the wrong one for the wrong side and it was also the wrong year model. I had to drive to return the faulty item to the store saving them on postage of having the item returned and resending me the correct one after half an hour of negotiating I manage to get $30 back compensation I will never deal with them again
