    STOPS KNEE PAIN

    My right leg is slightly shorter than my left leg. Without the spacer, I get a slight pain in my knee but mainly on longer rides. With the spacer, there is no pain, even on century or longer rides. I recommend these spacers if you have a similar problem. They are very sturdy and are easy to install. You'll likely need to use the included longer-length bolts when you install the spacers. If you haven't use them before, I recommend starting with the smallest spacer (1mm) and if that doesn't work, changing to a larger size. It's hard to believe but even the smallest spacer can make a significant difference in comfort.

    Works great but pricey.

    Works well; stable and interlocking means they wont slide apart in situation like me where I need nearly an inch of lift. The price however is quite extreme for a simple plastic easily mass produced product.

    Shimano is just so solid!

    Most people have a leg length discrepancy, either in actual length snd/or functionally. Shimano's hardware for this kit TOP NOTCH! It is why I bought this leg length spacer kit. And the spacers themselves are perfectly functional as well. Five stars!
