Arrived quickly. Item exactly as described. Fitted and doing it's job fine. Problem was with the instructions, not very clear but no problems fitting the article. Thanks. Recommend ++++

Not bad, but not great either. The arm isn't strong enough to keep my monitor up when I put the arm about mid way down, it will just lose strength and the monitor drops. If you keep monitor at the very top the arm will hold. Easy to install.
