Seller created shipping label but didn’t ship and ignored TWO requests for status. Finally, after I filed an “item not received” claim, seller admitted that s/he couldn’t find item and offered to refund “immediately” but did NOT actually issue the refund. I’ll let eBay handle the refund and this horrible seller.
