    The Oliver Bonas bag arrived badly marked on reverse, looks like blue ink and won’t come out. Despite me politely asking the seller why this wasn’t pointed out in the original listing or photographed she claimed it was in perfect condition when she posted it. Impossible unless it happened in transit and it certainly wasn’t done by me. Unbelievably the seller claims that I scammed her! Ebay found the case in my favour and I’ve received a full refund, marked bag is now going to the charity shop.

    Item was in a lovely condition when I sent it to you. I would have seen the marks when taking the multiple photos of the bag/ packing it to send. Don’t try to make yourself feel better by saying it’s gone to the charity shop - we both know you’ve scammed me to get a free bag to take on your holidays! I asked you to do the descent thing and return the bag - you ignored my request. Dishonest is an understatement!
