Item just as described. Item was packed well, but arrived in pieces. Contacted vendor and they were extremely helpful with great customer service and provided credits for the damage. Even though car was rare, they found another and shipped it. Unfortunately, UPS wasn't kind in either shipment and 2nd item was received with minor broken pieces, even though packed better than 1st. I'm happy with transaction and vendor, since they did everything in their power to right the shipping issues.

The item as described with no original box, well packed, however and unfortunately arrived damaged, contacted the seller and quickly respond and apologized and was extremely helpful and provide great customer service, offered solutions and eventually he surprise me with a full refund, very honest seller, would defiantly recommend this seller and hope to do business with him in the future, thank you.
