Received the hard drive in seemingly good condition, but after only two uses, the connector base detached and retracted into the body, rendering it unusable. Contacted the seller, who offered a mere $10 refund on a $50+ item. Further attempts to negotiate a fair resolution were met with silence. As a long-time buyer here of many products over years, this is my worst experience on eBay. Extremely disappointed with the product and seller's customer service.

The pins were blunt and some where rusty . I was really disappointed, I did contact the seller however, they wanted me to take photo of the pins this was impossible as they are to fine and do not show the faults on the pictures. I would suggest the seller checks the stock they are selling for faults like I have found in the packet they sent to me.
