I received my DVD fairly quickly. However, as soon as I saw the quality of my DVD I was very disappointed. The title said that it was in used but in good condition, while the item description says that it was in very good condition. As you can see, there is conflicting information being told. The 5 photos I've uploaded show that the DVD is very badly scratched and should have had the item description of acceptable instead.
