Although the figure was sealed in botcon plastic bag it arrived without its head(the most important part) when transforming it out of the alt mode and the seller had not checked to make sure before shipping. Aside from that a verry nice seller with good communication best of luck in future but always make sure all parts are there when selling especially on expensive items listed as new
