Came filled with 120 cc of pag46. I drained it and replaced it with a new pag 46 and flush and cleaned out the system. Definitely worth the price. Shipping was fast and expedited. My only concern was at first the clutch didn't in gage so it was jumped and probably killed the warranty. But at this price it didn't matter
