Product listed with a Starting Price of $60, and a Buy Now of $80; I made two offers, $65 and $70, both were declined. At that point I decided to start the bidding at $60. I was the only bidder, and won it for $60. I paid within a few hours of the sale, and got a tracking number ... the next day I got a refund. I e-mailed the seller about it, and he said he "had to leave town, and won't be shipping it". I followed up with an e-mail saying I wasn't in a rush for the product, but got no response.

Buyer has made false claims about making bids. Additionally I wrote the buyer stating my regret that I would no longer be able to fulfil his order due to unforeseen circumstances.
