Good seller and well packaged, shipped/delivered quickly. The PRODUCT is, in my opinion, not heavy duty as box describes. Not the thick heavy pumice that we used to get from the hardware store. Also, this is no longer made in USA, but China. Since we use these frequently and they get used up quickly, we'll just purchase less expensive pumice in bulk. Would purchase from seller again, just not this item.

good for light cleaning,
it only has 3 settings for cleaning. You have to use the floor setting for low carpets. Lightweight, so easy to move around, and easy dumping of dirt. Long cord!

Great low cost emergency replacement unit. Does a great job. Lightweight which is good while using it but means it probably won't hold up as well over time. Good replacement or additional unit, not what I would recommend for everyday use long term especially if you are battling pet hair.

My light green carpet on the second floor is 10 years old. I couldn't believe what it picked up out of the carpet. AMAZING! And the attachments were so easy to hook-up. Just Love It. I find myself grabbing it more often than I was my old Hoover. It's like, it's not a chore.

This vac was on other sites for twice as much or more - the box was in pretty bad shape, but the vac itself was in perfect condition and works well. It's lightweight and I can haul it up and down the stairs without an issue. It has a long cord and a good amount of attachments.
