The product arrived in poor wrapping. Initially the product appeared to work OK, but then it caused flooding, and cost me over £10,000 damages. All the sellers responded with was a replacement tube and an extra set of filters. They came up with many poor excuses of how it wasn't their fault. They wouldn't even replace the broken unit! Very poor.
