Item arrived in a reasonable amount of time and worked as expected. However . . .The lowest price for a new LCD panel doesn't excuse poor customer service. Seller asked for other details that weren't mentioned at time of purchase and went two days without answering a question that would've taken all of 30 seconds to answer. If I ever need another LCD, it won't be from this seller.
