WHERE'S MY BARBECUE...Sadly, I bought this BBQ and nearly twenty days later, I still haven't received it. I contact Weber on several occasions and they tell me they will follow up with the regional delivery people and give me an update...Weber never does update me. I have to do the chasing and follow up...I've demanded a full refund and who ever has my BBQ can keep it... NOT HAPPY WITH WEBER AT ALL!!!!!

The Genesis II S455 arrived well packaged and in top condition, it is a quality, good value for money buy and easy to assemble instructions had it constructed without a problem. Communication and help from Weber was without compromise. Although the item could not be delivered in the "estimated delivery time" (due to remoteness of our town), it was delivered, as agreed between ourselves, in the nominated time period and I'm very happy with that.
