I have had issues with them broken/not working properly on arrival. I had bought this one to replace one that had arrived broken as I didnt want my tank with out a filter while return was processed. The seller has always been extremely prompt, very helpful with any issues and remedied them very quickly and professionally. 5 stars and highly recommend both the product & seller.

Buy it, you won't be sorry...(handy hint, buy 2 x 3-pack of sponges, fill the top two baskets with them, then add one of the cotton filters one that comes with it at the top. On the bottom add plastic scourers or K1. UV resets after 2k hours, but bulbs last 8k easy, use the UV 24hrs). Do this and you'll have crystal clear water. Awesome product and ebayer (who even has spare parts). AAA+++

Now it works without leaking. I rate the seller 5 stars. Although the item itself 4 stars because it doesn’t hold enough pressure as a canister filter and still manages to suck in air from somewhere which I think is the main seal .
