Contacted by USPS they wouldn’t deliver the rack due to unpaid postage. Had to pay 48.00 on top of my purchase price. Mounting bracket was cut with a cutoff wheel 1/2 way thru. Out of the multiple pics the only one showing the damage was out of focus and not in the description. Seller was contacted and reluctant to make good on the purchase. Lesson learned.

I am sorry for any errors.. I paid the cost ebay said for me to pay. IF anyone reading this would assume it cost 48.00 on top of what I paid (23/00) to ship it would know something is not right... I have shipped out close to 50 racks this year and not once I have I ever paid close to 71.00 as I paid 23 for the label threw ebay to ship one. The I shipped out an atv engine a few days ago for 39.00... Yes also the pictures show all the details of anything we sell. Ebay assured me they would fix.
