SHAVIV 10 pack Deburring Blades are useful to have in the shop.
These deburring blades are excellent and are of course very useful to remove small pieces of metal during post-boring, machining and drilling operations. Regardless of your machines and your skills, you always have a small burr that has to be removed as a part of the finishing process. Having a ten pack on hand ensures that you don't run out - at least not for a time. You can never have too many of these on hand. The seller is great to work with and has fair prices and is willing to make the extra effort to satisfy their customers. We used these blades in machine shop for deburring soft metal parts and remove sharp edges. For harder metals, like Stainless Steel and Titanium parts, we would use a file, but 75% of our work was 6061 aluminum parts. I would make lots of parts in one year and I replaced blade about once a year since the blade sharpness do last. These blades are a must-have for all machinists and anybody that cuts and drill holes in metals. Inspectors wouldn't touch them with sharp edges and would reject your parts until deburred.We used these blades in machine shop for deburring soft metal parts and remove sharp edges.
