Exactly as described, well packed, earlier arrival than ETA. This mug replaces one that my Gr-daughter chose for me at Peters of Kensington, Sydney Aus. when she was just a wee little girl in 2011. I cracked the handle but was afraid it would break so tried ordering a new one. 1st one I ordered came stuffed in a box smaller than the mug with no packing material! It arrived BROKEN - several pieces so sender refunded me! 2nd one the seller refused to mail it, was for pick only! Finally HAPPY! Thx.
