This seller sent me the wrong item! The scale was incorrect and I communicated this to them via message and photos of what I received. I even offered to send back the incorrect item. They left me an option to refund me $3.00, when the item was $19.28, instead of shipping me the correct scale product. The only positive was they at least communicated with me. Very bad experience. Will not do business with this seller again!
