WAY TOO SMALL !... I purchased a 4XL based off of their measurements he was measuring a 2XL, I went up 2 sizes then recommended he is still growing so I wanted to make sure he would have this for more then just this winter, To be honest I was worried it was going to be too big but the complete opposite could barely get it on my dog way too small 4XL is the size of Petbarns size M. Don't waste your money and time you have to go up way to many sizes to make sure it will fit which only adds price.
