Then Australia Post took over and the problems started. They sent my small parcel from picking up at Loganholme to Brisbane then down to Parkes (NSW) then over to Welshpool (WA). This is when I contacted Ray at Boatcraft Pacific. Ray said he would send me a replacement, and he did that same day and had it sent by courier. THANK YOU, RAY 100%.
