Definitely get this if your RR isn't working. The other one I had was a single unit that was supposed to a aftermarket upgrade, it wasn't. It held too much heat and warmed up the wires and shed a lot of heat that you couldn't touch bit. I got this unit and now it has 80% less heat. No heating up the wiring and you can actually touch it. Volts are good and the twin wiring set up is perfect. This is used on my vtr1000f FS project.
