I ordered a US size 8 ring, and they sent me a 11.5 US size ring. When I contacted the seller, and provided a pix proving they sent me the wrong size (inside diam. was 21 mm), they promptly responded, but claimed their "system" sent a size 8 ring. They refused to send a correctly sized replacement, also told me to keep the one they sent, and finally suggested I order from another vendor, which I have done. I sent their ring back anyway, and have been issued a refund.
