    This is an excellent product, and that's why I bought another lot. The speed in which the product was sent could not be faulted. Then Australia Post took over and the problems started. They sent my small parcel from picking up at Loganholme to Brisbane then down to Parkes (NSW) then over to Welshpool (WA). This is when I contacted Ray at Boatcraft Pacific. Ray said he would send me a replacement, and he did that same day and had it sent by courier. THANK YOU, RAY 100%. AusPost Nil

    Thanks for that excellent and relevant reply. Quite often sellers get the blame for what is the transport companies error. We try our best and will always try to put it right when other members of the supply chain have let you down. I'll go give Ray a big pat on the back right now.
