    Philips Air Floss PRO

    Had used a Philips Air Floss for years and finally the battery stopped charging...so decided to replace with the PRO model. Yes it has a large reservoir for water or mouthwash and yes it can be set to give two bursts or even 3 with just one triggering, but the tip is different and it does not seem to be as powerful when the liquid squirts between my teeth. I checked and it appears the tip from the regular Philips Air Floss does not fit the PRO model. I am getting used to it and know it is helping my gums and teeth....my dentist says so!

    Mislead

    I wanted a flosser. I ordered this thinking it was a flosser. Well, it isn't. It's only the handle. I has no power cord, no instructions etc. I feel as if I were ripped off. I have never bought a product of this type before and didn't know you needed to buy more stuff to make it useable. This should have been explained better in the details of the product.

    An improved dental care product.

    The product features an upgraded feature that allows it to be turned off (hold power button for a second). Our previous model did not have that and it was easy to accidentally touch the wrong spot when setting down or removing the nozzle. The power of the pump of this model seems stronger as well.

    Great but short life.

    The Airfloss is a creat concept, but! This device has a very short working life, I have had three which all failed after approximatly six months. During the six month life I found thid device to be quite effective in controling plaque buildup. Philips is very good about replacing devices which fail within the two year warrenty period.
