Terrible product, battery department is not very secure. Dangerous if those button batteries fall out and get swallowed by a child or pet.
Threw item away . The screw in end to cover battery was not tight and secure.
I was not taking the risk of the batteries falling out. In the bin it went .
But, yes good service as far as postage and that went. Just not a safe product.
