I contacted the seller who did offer to refund my original purchase price and shipping. However, when I had to pay over $11.00 to return the item, no refund for shipping was received. The shipping expenses were included in the box. I followed up by messaging the seller and had no response. I paid $11.40 for nothing.Reply from: vintage_lucky_store- Feedback replied by seller vintage_lucky_store.- Feedback replied by seller vintage_lucky_store.Buyer received a damaged package due to delivery negligence. When notified of this issue, I said "Send item back for 100% refund.... Buyer proceeded to skip the "return process" option from ebay, which would have provided buyer with return label...And sent the package back themselves...
